Pulp Quality Parameters Tested:
- Finished Pulp: Comprehensive analysis for Brightness, Kappa Number, Moisture %, Ash content, Burst factor, TR factor, CSF, and GSM.
- Raw Material Analysis: Daily testing of all incoming raw materials.
- Product Lot Sampling: Samples retained from every lot for QA.
Waste Water Quality Tests:
- RO Plant Water: Testing TSS, TDS, pH, Hardness, and Chloride.
- ETP Waste Water: Analysis of ETP inlet/outlet quality parameters.
- Compliance Checks: Testing COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, pH and conductivity according to norms.
